A filipino dish with slight spanish style that’s a favorite around the world, sauted in garlic, drenched in soy sauce and vinegar.

  • 3 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1.3 cups soy sauce
  • 1.3 cups vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 pcs Laurel Leaves
  • 1 whl chicken
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 whl garlic


  • Crash and Saute Garlic and Laurel Leaves. wait til garlic are slightly brown
  • Add chopped chicken while saute
  • add fish sauce
  • add soy sauce and then mix
  • add sugar
  • add a little bit of water and then mix again
  • add vinegar then close the lid
  • after 10 minutes mix them again
  • cover the lid and let it cook and rest
